The best thing about the hotel is the staff - efficient, polite, helpful and very friendly. Hotel location is unbeatable - everything is within a 2 minute walk. Breakfast is extensive and the quality very good. The restaurant food is superb. The rooms are exquisite - beautifully rooms with a great bed and clean nice bathrooms.

Loved the ambience. Great feeling. Great staff. Hot weather made the stay a little uncomfortable, but wasnt a deal killer. Great location right in the heart of the old city. Quiet despite being on the tram line side. Would heartily recommend to anyone.

No fan or airconditioning. Had to keep the windows open to get air during hot days. Trams finished early so noise from them wasnt a factor, however typical city life and noise went on for some time. If there was a fan or airconditioner for the hotter days, noise would not be a factor.

First, I like the ambiance of this place, I was served very good, the room was clean and it have a nice architecture. They surprise me with a delicious dinner in the sound of pianno and that impressed me!! Thank them for all and see there next time.

I choose this hotel because is situated in heart of Graz, it have a great design and is very clean. Another reason is the way I was served and the employers smile all the time and make me feel great. In few words I recommend this place to all the people who want to enjoy the elegance and style.

The staff was really helpful and top-class. the breakfast was generous and absolutely superb, with a variety of food and drinks. - the location was absolutely ideal, with a forested public park nearby.
